Exciting times are ahead as we prepare to install our Trimax equipment in Sarawak, Malaysia. By early February 2023, all ordered equipment were ready for shipping from Johor, Malaysia. However, rather than shipping the equipment to the site in advance whilst waiting for the steel structures to be fabricated and sent to the site, we deliberately coincided the shipping of the equipment to be inline with the customer’s installation of steel structures at the site a few weeks prior. Setting the stage for a seamless integration of our machinery into their crushing plant installation schedule. As they began their journey of transforming their crushing plant site, the Trimax main equipment arrived on site in 2 separate shipments. The 1st shipment consisted of 3 x 40′ HC Containers. The 2nd shipment consisted of 1 x 20′ GP container and 4 x 40′ Flat Rack Containers.
The timely arrival of the equipment in April and May 2023 marked a significant milestone in our collaboration with the customer. As they began erecting steel structures at the crushing plant site, we worked hand in hand with their team to ensure a smooth transition and efficient installation process. The synchronized efforts of both parties were aimed at maximizing productivity and minimizing any potential disruptions.
Now that the steel structures for the main equipment have been successfully installed by the customer, we have sent a Trimax team to the site. During this crucial phase, our expert technicians and engineers will closely collaborate with the customer’s installation team, providing comprehensive support and guidance. Together, we will meticulously orchestrated the placement and integration of the equipment within the steel structures, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
The installation of the steel structures and the subsequent integration of our durable and reliable equipment will be a pivotal moment in the customer’s journey towards a successfully operational crushing plant.
