YKR Vibrating Screen

UNRIVALED TWIN SHAFT DESIGN

YKR Vibrating Screen

Trimax YKR Vibrating Screens, designed for material screening and grading, find extensive use across various industries including metallurgy, mining, chemicals, coal, and construction.

Trimax YKR Vibrating Screens incorporate international advanced design principles, enriched by our many years of hands-on experience. Over time, this product has undergone numerous enhancements and refinements, establishing it as a mature and reliable solution.

Twin Shaft Design

A twin shaft design has several advantageous benefits.

  • Improved Efficiency & Performance.
  • Better Handling of Heavy Loads.
  • Reduced Vibration Transmission.
  • Durability & Reliability.

Counter-Weight Versatility

By altering the quantity of secondary counter-weights, the excitor is cable of accommodating varying excitation forces and is suitable for diverse vibrating screen specifications. This adaptability ensures excellent part interchangeability and versatility, alongside a high level of standardization and modular design.

High Tensile Strength Fasteners

The side plates, reinforcing plates, cross beams, feed box, and discharge spouts are all secured together using high-strenth large hexagonal head bolts made of steel (with a tensile strength of 1240MPa). This method is not only stronger than riveting but also simplifies replacement. Additionally, it eliminates the risk of improper riveting and the potential for extrusion cracks in bolt holes.

Designed By Finite Element Analysis

The YKR Series vibrating screen combines the latest modern material technology and advanced engineering design technology.

Utilizing Finite Element Analysis (FEA), it guarantees exceptional reliability and an extended lifespan across a wide range of application scenarios.

Reduced Transmitted Axial Force

A flexible connection is used between the motor and the vibrator to lessen the axial force transmitted, resulting in a smoother operation of the vibrating screen.

Managing axial forces is crucial to ensure smooth operation and to prevent undue stress or deformation that could lead to failure or reduced efficiency.

Rubber Spring Supports

Utilises rubber springs for support, offering these benefits: –

  • Enhanced Durability.
  • Resistance to Corrosion.
  • Smooth Transition through the Resonance Zone.
  • Reduced Noise Levels.
  • Minimal Foundation Impact.
