Access Stairs
Designed and fabricated with considerations for riser height, tread depth, stair width, safety features such as hand rails and anti-slip, as well as easy to clean maintenance.
Box Frames
Designed and fabricated modular frames with considerations for load capacity and reinforcements such as braces or gussets to increase frame stability and strength.
Jaw Crusher Feed Hopper
Sized appropriately to handle the expected volume of material and ensure continuous operation without frequent refills or interruptions.
Support Structures
Special emphasis to take into account machinery static sand dynamic loads. Ensuring the steel structure is strong enough to resist forces and stiff enough to prevent excessive deformation or vibrations.
Galvanised Steel
Galvanized steel is coated with a layer of zinc, which provides excellent resistance to corrosion. Ideal for outdoor use, especially in environments exposed to rain, moisture, saltwater (e.g., coastal regions), or other corrosive elements.
Hopper Feeder
Customised according to capacity and material particle type and size. Hopper Feeders are sized to meet the operational requirements of the system. Upon request, flow rate control may be done either manually or automatically using sensors or variable-speed drives.
